Chiara Elaine Tabalno was born in the Philippines and raised in Walnut, California, where her curiosity and creativity began shaping the path she would eventually pursue. She attended Mount San Antonio College, earning an Associate of Arts in Psychology while simultaneously studying Fashion Design and Technology.
Drawn to both the technical and creative aspects of fashion, she became a teaching assistant for her Pattern-making course before advancing into an intensive Collections class, where she designed and produced a complete fashion collection in just four weeks.
Her dedication, work ethic, and creative vision led to her recruitment as a Stylist Assistant at Torrid in 2024. There, she gained hands-on experience supporting editorial photoshoots, marketing campaigns, wardrobe preparation, and on-set styling.
Inspired by the energy and possibilities of the fashion industry, Chiara relocated to Los Angeles to pursue opportunities in styling, creative direction, and brand communications. She is passionate about using fashion as a form of storytelling, creating meaningful visual narratives that connect people, brands, and culture.
